I have a lot of honey colored pine cabinets and a granite countertop in green. I dont have a ton of wall space but staring at the white primer is killing me. Any suggestions for color that wont take away the beauty of my cabinets and countertops but gives a warm feel to the room?Need help with paint color in new kichen!?
i would do a light green like seaweed or something so that it is white with a tough of green you know what I am talking about?Need help with paint color in new kichen!?
i personally go for yellow, it's fresh and make the kitchen feel clean..as i cant see your cabinets i suggest you buy some sample paint and test it out with small patches on the wall.
With honey and green, try:
peach or coral
banana or light lemon yellow
pale green [ muskmelon ]
the color of coffee, like ';burnished brandy'; by sherwin williams:

I was thinking like Jessica. Try a moss green. Do yourself a favor, and use a quality paint. You'll find the Behr brand from Home Depot to be very thin. If you can afford Laura Ashley or Benjamin Moore, you'll be a lot better off. In the big scheme of things, you're really not paying a whole lot more, and the quality difference is immense.
