I have this wooden crockery cabinet made with teakwood grain pattern finish outside. Now i want to paint the inside part(plywood) which is visible from outside with glass showing in front of it. So in your kind opinion which color suits best there? And what kind of paint shall i use there??What type and color of paint is best for the inside part of a crockery cabinet?
I would paint it an off white..looks good with all woods, shows off everything well because it is neutral, and will match any wall colour around it. The off white will make it pop and your eye will be drawn to it because of the light colour and the darker wood..great showcase for your things. What type and color of paint is best for the inside part of a crockery cabinet?
play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to help you imagine how the colors will look together. It is the best paint visualizer on the web, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can search by color family %26amp; color name, the ';painted'; rooms look the most realistic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I think ';anonymous'; (# 7046) in a high gloss latex might be a good choice.
You can take a photo of your house %26amp; upload it to the makeover gallery on this website:

You can get color suggestions %26amp; for $5 they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can get an idea of what it will look like.
I am a painter and would say definitely go with a neutral off white in the tones opposite color of the dishes, this will accent them. If they are green go in the red tones etc. But have you ever looked at some of the removable contact paper. It might be a great look for a background, some even have texture for something more interesting, easier to do and then you can change easily later if want. Good luck!
Use a latex paint in a satin gloss. What color are the objects you are putting in the cabinet? If they are basically blue...paint the inside (back only not sides) yellow, not too bright.
