What color wall paint would look best with light color laminate flooring?

I was thinking about painting the walls crisp ginger ale by Glidden or something similar. I only want to paint the livingroom/family room. The laminate floors are a southern hickory or hickory natural color (very light brown). My livingroom furniture is brown with black accents-brown couch, black pic frames, black tv stand. Any suggestions would be helpful.What color wall paint would look best with light color laminate flooring?

My living room also has brown furniture and we have floor some what similar to yours and we found paint that was almost a peanut butter color and it looks fabulous so try something like that.

Maybe a light grey with a hint of magenta in it for two adjoining walls and a sand color for the other two.
a sandy, beige-y, or even an off yellow paint
