What color wall paint would go with turquoise carpet?

We just moved into a new apartment and I can't change the carpets. As of right now, it has a light pink paint on the walls and it looks horrible. What color wall paint would go with turquoise carpet?
a rich cream (not off-white) or a tanWhat color wall paint would go with turquoise carpet?
I would paint your walls a taupe/sandy brown/beige. Be sure that the color does not have yellow undertones, or it will really emphasize the color of the rug.

When you are in a situation where you cannot change your carpet, cover it up. I always buy large area rugs when covering horrible carpet. In a taupe room with a turquoise rug, you could cover it with something like this http://houseofarearugs.com/Aria-Ivory-Ci鈥?/a> that has turquoise in it or this http://houseofarearugs.com/Mystique-2237鈥?/a> . A rug that actually has a similar color as an accent will hide the bulk of your carpet, but still blend in where it needs to.

After you've painted and covered up a bit of that carpet, add deep chocolate brown accents in the form of candles, frames, and framed art.
I seem to be giving a lot of suggestions for taupe, tans, browns. These colors give a punch without going white and if strong enough will take away the attention you don't want on the carpet. Roxanne
Sandy beige, coffee, mocha, taupe. Use brown furniture and add a little turquoise in accent pillows and accessories.
Definitely a rich cream color...it would give a homy effect
