What is the best neutral color to paint for house flipping?

Please name brand/color, not just beige or off-white. Thanks for your help! What is the best neutral color to paint for house flipping?
Pittsburgh makes several good colors. Cow's Milk, Colonial White, Silver Feather, Cake Batter and Vanilla Wafer are some of my favorite beiges and off whites. There are tons more!

A tip: Olympic Colors at Lowe's are the same palette as Pittsburgh. So, these colors should be available there too.

I've included a link to the PPG web page, under interior design they have several options to help you select colors. Just remember the paint will probably look different than the computer representation of the color. What is the best neutral color to paint for house flipping?
white is to boring, do a soft cream, just pick one or ask an associate at your local hardware store to help if your color impaired.
My guesses would be:

Behr: Malted Milk, Parchment Paper, Raffia Cream

Sherwin Williams: Sand Dollar, Sands of Time, Kilim Beige

Benjamin Moore: White Oaks

Benj Moore (Aura line): Hush, Harmony

Valspar: Belle Grove Buff, Tagsale Linen

I've seen Kilim Beige in magazines and the name is printed in the explanatory caption

Great Question! Behr is the best-very durable. But American Tradition and Valspar work just as good too. I would not paint all the rooms one neutral color. It's very unappealing and the rooms just blend into each other. Pick two colors that work well together and use one of the colors to paint the bathrooms and hallways, preferrable a light beige. I would use a nice (easy on the eyes) light green color for the bedrooms, living room and kitchen/dining rooms. Green is known as being very pleasing on the eyes. It's a great way to warm up a room too. But, avoid neon greens. I recommend ';Tabu'; by American Tradition, which you can ask to have tinted with Behr paint.

I've done this with my past three flips and I'm always receiving compliments on the wall color selections. People can easily envision their furniture in rooms where the walls are not screaming too much color.

Good luck!
Sherwin Williams Kilim Beige is great. I work for a real estate company and we recommend it to our sellers. Very neutral but not too boring. For a deeper accent wall, try SW Latte.
